Jump straight into the catalog, pre-sorted to the family you need. Over 3,200 parts with instant search, dimension filters and per-part detail.
Can't find it on the shelf? Configure it. Five quick builders drop a custom line straight into your quote, with the same one-supplier, one-lead-time advantage.

FDM & SLS in nylon, TPU, ASA and PETG. Prototype to production, no tooling.

Steel or aluminum from your DXF, with optional bends and powder coat.

Cut length, bends, threaded ends and finish from our stock tube list.

Thread, length, travel and end styles, built to your application.

Combine parts into a welded or assembled unit, finished and kitted.
Broad in-house capability, one facility instead of three. Our strongest categories carry deep inventory across many thread sizes and configurations.

One of our deepest stocked families: male, female, inch, metric, studded, with race and material options across stainless, plated steel, chrome moly and aluminum. Most competitive when supplied with the linkage rod, tube, cable, spacers or boots in an OEM build.

Clevises, yoke ends and pins anchor most linkage and actuation designs, and we carry deep inventory across sizes and configurations. Forged in-house and sourced where competitive, they’re a stronger value paired with rods, tubes, cables or an assembly program.

Linkages connect rod ends, clevises, yokes, tubing, bar, cable and fabricated features into motion-control solutions built around the application. Work from a print, sample, sketch or just the problem, and we’ll quote the right combination.

True push-pull cable assemblies (not brake cables), typically threaded on one or both ends with standard inch or metric hardware. We help OEMs match cable length, ends, travel and mounting to the application.

Brackets, mounts, guards and formed components that need more than a catalog part number. Laser cutting, bending, welding, machining and powder coating in-house: one accountable source from print or sample through delivery.

Structural and motion-control parts that need cutting, bending, forming, swaging, welding, machining, threaded ends or a finished coating, kept close together so tube-based components move from design intent to repeatable production.

Where our manufacturing mix pays off: plate, tube, bar, welding, forming, machining, swaging and finishing combined around the print, a practical route for parts standard suppliers avoid or struggle to price.

Adds material or formed ends to bar and tube where you’d otherwise weld or add machining. We use it to reduce waste, simplify designs and create durable per-print components for OEM applications.

A practical path from prototype to production-grade plastic parts without hard tooling, in engineering materials like nylon, TPU, ASA and PETG, for complex geometry, fixtures, short runs and customer-specific parts.

Durable color finishing kept inside the same manufacturing flow. We quote finish with the part when possible, so purchasing gets one supplier, one schedule and fewer surprises between fabrication and shipment.

Fabricated parts, linkage hardware, tubing, bearings, bushings, fasteners, finishes and kitting brought together into one finished unit, useful when a project needs many operations under one roof and fewer handoffs.
For 50+ years we've made per-print parts for OEMs. If you're a purchasing agent, supply-chain manager, or engineer working a sourcing problem, bring us the problem: a print, a sketch, a sample, or a paragraph describing what it has to do. Our team has the depth, and the candor, to help you get from application to delivery.
Midwest Control Products has manufactured in Bushnell, Illinois since 1967, 50+ years of building components for OEM customers across agriculture, construction, marine, industrial machinery, automotive accessory, lawn/garden, forestry, and more. We're ISO 9001:2015 certified and serve roughly 10,000 OEM and distributor customers worldwide. In North America, you're probably always within 100 yards of something we've made.
Our facility handles forging, hot upset forging, hot rotary swaging, hot press forming, machining, threading, welding, fabrication, plate and tube cutting and CNC bending, powder coating, thermoforming, 3D printing, cable assembling, and kitting, tooling, and assembly under one roof. Broad in-house capability means shorter lead times, tighter quality control, and fewer handoffs between you and a finished part. We import where it makes competitive sense, our ball joint line for example, and manufacture in-house where it gives us a real edge, including our forged yoke ends and nylon-raced spherical rod ends.
Our pricing is based on formulas, not negotiation. That predictability is a feature: fast, consistent, and honest. Work with us to drive out cost from your design.
Our niche is specific, and we know it well. The rule of thumb is simple: if you find the product type in our catalog and it comes in lots of variations, thread sizes, body styles, materials, configurations, then regardless of your volume, we can compete. That's where our inventory depth and formula-based pricing give us a genuine advantage over both domestic competitors and offshore sources with long lead times.
What we're not: we're not your bank and we're not negotiators. You'll get a number fast, and it will be the real number.
Design and cost guides for builders: short, honest looks at the tradeoffs we see every day. Pick a topic, or browse the catalog and we'll walk the options with you.

A rigid linkage is two ends and a rod. The ends you choose drive performance and cost.
